Your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps it was simply a part of who I was on the other side of the Veil, though the way one speaks, it's as if the Dark One is a sort of mantle- tied to that blade.

It's nothing against Wynn. There aren't many I would trust with it. Fortunately, that is a matter Wynn seems to understand.

No, that's a reasonable fear. Your choices should be your own - someone shouldn't be able to steal you actions out from under you.

And yet, conversely, I am aware that I have acted extremely during missions in the past. I know there is some need there to... allow me to be reigned in, should I lose myself.

Belle Desrosiers. That was never a question. The problem is whether or not I'm putting far too much pressure on her.

Maybe you are and maybe you aren't. But while it is your choice who you give this option to, it is also her choice whether or not to accept it. If she thinks she can handle it, then you should trust her.
